All our packages leave from our warehouse located in Wendake, Quebec.
The processing time for your order is normally 24 hours after your order has been placed (working days).
Delivery time may vary between 1 to 4 business days after the carrier has picked up the package.
**Please note that these delivery delays are estimates and not absolute guarantees.
Jubanou offers free shipping on all orders of 45$CAD or more in Québec and Ontario. A 5$CAD fee will apply to all orders below this amount.
For all orders delivered to Nouveau-Brunswick, Jubanou offers free shipping on all orders of 60$CAD or more. A 12$CAD fee will apply on all orders below this amount.
For all orders shipped to the following provinces (Alberta, BC, Manitoba, NS, PEI and Saskatchewan) Jubanou offers free shipping on all orders of $100CAD or more. A 15$CAD fee will apply to all orders below this amount!
To Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory, a base fee of CAD$50 applies.
*For all remote areas, delivery charges of 10$CAD apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time you enter your shipping address information during checkout. Pleas contact us if you feel there is a mistake in delivery charges or if you have any questions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange or return. Please keep your receipt as it will be required to make an exchange or return. If your purchase was made at one of our retailers stores, please return or exchange product to them directly.
Encountered shipping costs will be of the clients responsibility for both returns and exchanges.
Jubanou works tirelessly to provide quality products and believes that all of its products meet the highest quality standards. If a product is defective, it is covered by a 3 month warranty. If you experience a quality problem outside of normal issues such as those listed below, please write to us, including your order number and a photo showing the defect or breakage, at following email: firstname.lastname@example.org

What is not covered by your warranty?
- Normal wear (pilling, wear holes, tears on the fabric)
- Accidental damage resulting from consumer use
- Stain due to consumer use (food, vomiting, spit up, etc.)
- Final sale product
For all blankets, we suggest machine wash with like colors on gentle cycle, then air dry, if possible. This will help retain the softness and fluffy finish longer.
For all textile clips, we suggest detaching the textile section from the wood clip before adding to your wash load. This will prevent damage of the wooden clip. Finally, textile part can go in the dryer on cold air or ideally, air dry. For the wood clip, wash with a damp cloth and mild soap only when needed.
All products in our range pass CPC testing to ensure compliance with CPSC and CPSIA standards. This test meets high standards regarding flammability, the use of chemicals and the presence of small parts. These standards are not required in Canada, but are required in the United States. We are committed to providing the highest quality products possible, and this starts above all with the health and safety of your children in the presence of our products.
Our products are also inspected for quality and cohesion between each item to ensure the best quality for each of our customers.
*Please take into consideration that the quality of the products and the tests carried out in no way excuse parental supervision and vigilance with regard to the use of any baby product, whether our company or that of another.
